Cancellations at TigerCampus are free with at least 24 hour notice. Just let the customer service team know, and we’ll cancel it at no charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 100% late cancellation fee. This change in policy is due to this unfairness towards our tutors’ and other users, which ultimately results in a decline in our ability to serve you better. To safeguard the interests of our users and tutors, we have introduced a late cancellation fee to prevent such behavior.
However, we understand that sometimes things beyond your control might happen, so it may seem unfair to be charged a No-Show or a Late Cancellation Fee at no fault of your own. That’s why we’ll automatically waive your first No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee, no questions asked.
- Normal cancellation fee (cancelled more than 24 hours in advance): free
- Late cancellation fee (cancelled less than 24 hours in advance): 100% of the booked service will be charged
- No-show fee: 100% of the booked service will be charged
If you believe you’ve been unfairly charged, reach out to us via [email protected]. We’ll look into the issue, and if we find that you have been unfairly charged, we will reimburse you the cancellation fee.
