TigerCampus USA offers flexible working hours. However, you are required to commit to a minimum of 8 hours per week (or a minimum of 5 hours per week if you currently have private students or teach at other institutions).
Yes. You can work entirely remotely providing online tutoring sessions to students nationwide, or you can offer in-person home tuition depending on your location and preferences.
TigerCampus USA offers competitive hourly pay rates that vary based on the curriculum level you are teaching, ranging from Elementary/Middle School up to University and specialized Test Prep (SAT, AP, etc.).
Student assignments are directly managed by TigerCampus. You will be matched with students based on your academic qualifications, preferred teaching mode, and schedule availability.

We encourage current Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. students and university graduates to apply. Being familiar with international syllabuses such as AP, SAT, ACT, IB, IGCSE, or A-Levels is considered an added advantage.
Tutors are required to prepare comprehensive teaching materials, maintain accurate records of student progress (including follow-ups and periodic assessments), and provide evaluations to the management team. You are also expected to help students develop positive study habits and maintain high academic motivation.
No prior work experience is strictly required, as training is provided by TigerCampus. However, you must be willing and able to commit to tutoring for at least 1 year.
Tutors are expected to use creative teaching methods to keep students engaged, develop their study skills, and proactively build a highly motivated, positive learning environment.
